A pale golden haze dominates the glass, with excellent clarity despite the intentional hazy character. Fine carbonation creates a modest white head that maintains good retention, suggesting quality brewing technique and proper carbonation levels for the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is bursting with tropical and citrus hop aromatics from the Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy varietals, delivering pineapple, orange zest, and passionfruit notes. Floral undertones add complexity without any grainy malt or typical NA beer characteristics, making it genuinely indistinguishable from full-strength offerings.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors that evolve through a juicy, medium-bodied core with excellent hop character. A crisp, refreshing mouthfeel carries moderate bitterness (35 IBU) that integrates seamlessly rather than dominating, showcasing balanced hop integration throughout the mid-palate.

The finish is remarkably clean and dry, with lingering citrus notes that fade gracefully without astringency or typical NA beer flatness. The crisp conclusion reinforces the refreshing character and leaves no off-flavors.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
