The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—backed by a genuine herbal and resinous hop character that speaks to careful varietal selection. Beneath lies a mineral undertone, clean and mineral-edged, with only subtle malt sweetness in the background. The aroma strikes a balance between aromatic intensity and restraint, never heavy or cloying.

The palate opens with snappy citrus and hop bitterness, then transitions through a middle where fruitiness and dryness trade places in elegant tension. The sea salt appears subtly across the mid-palate, sharpening rather than overwhelming the profile, while the mineral character provides structure without weight.
