Zenit presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head is modest but persistent, with fine lacing that clings gently to the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a clean, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes from Citra hops—lime zest and white grapefruit dominate the top notes. Soft fruity undertones of stone fruit and melon round out the profile, while a light, clean malt base provides subtle support without heaviness. The overall impression is refreshing and crisp, with no harsh or solvent-like alcohol character.

◐ Taste

On the palate, this IPA delivers a soft, controlled bitterness that sits comfortably at 30 IBU—enough to define the beer without overwhelming. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors flow smoothly across the mid-palate, underpinned by a light, grainy malt sweetness. The gluten-free base remains undetectable, allowing the hop-driven profile to shine with clarity and balance.

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus notes that fade gradually without astringency. The aftertaste remains refreshing and crisp, leaving the palate pleasantly dry and ready for the next sip.
