◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate Schaumhaftung along the glass. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a visually clean and inviting presentation typical of a well-executed non-alcoholic IPA.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus and tropical fruit notes dominate the nose, with distinct orange and grapefruit character from noble hop varieties. A subtle bready, grainy Malz backdrop supports the hop profile without any solvent or yeast-driven off-notes, delivering the full IPA aromatic expression despite the minimal alcohol content.

◐ Taste

The palate enters dry and refreshing, with immediate citrus and orange flavors that carry through the mid-palate with good intensity. A firm, clean bitterness registers at 60 IBU without harshness, balanced by just enough bready, light Malz sweetness to prevent one-dimensionality. The finish remains crisp and dry, leaving no cloying residue.

◑ Finish

Short to medium fade with a lingering dry, hoppy aftertaste that emphasizes the citrus and orange notes. No alcohol warmth or flatness—the beer concludes clean and thirst-quenching.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
