Pale golden-yellow hue with bright clarity and fine, white head that settles to a delicate ring. The carbonation is lively, visible as steady streams of small bubbles rising through the glass. The beer presents a clean, inviting appearance without haziness despite its tropical hop character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—ripe orange peel and grapefruit—layered beneath tropical fruit impressions of peach and subtle stone fruit. Bright Citra and Galaxy hops contribute floral and piney undertones that suggest a balanced approach between juice-forward and classic IPA aromatics. Beneath the hop intensity, a clean malt base emerges without distracting sweetness.

The palate opens with clean citrus bite and tropical hop character that coats the tongue without overwhelming. Mid-palate reveals a modest malt sweetness that provides structure and prevents the beer from becoming thin, while the seven-hop blend delivers a dry, lingering bitterness that builds gradually. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with no heavy aftertaste or astringency.

A medium-length, dry finish with persistent hop bitterness that remains pleasant and inviting rather than harsh. The aftertaste leans toward citrus and subtle peach, fading cleanly without residual sweetness.
