Pale golden hue with bright clarity and minimal haze. The head forms quickly and holds with modest retention, leaving delicate Schaumkleiden along the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—grapefruit and orange zest—supported by herbal pine and resinous undertones. Classic American hop character dominates, with Citra and Simcoe contributing floral and fruity depth alongside Cascade's subtle woodsy complexity. Clean fermentation allows the hops to remain in sharp focus.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with citrus and tropical notes developing across the mid-palate. Bitterness builds gradually, dry and herbal rather than harsh, anchored by a restrained Malz backbone. The balance favors hop character throughout, with pine and grapefruit persisting into the swallow.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with lingering pine and citrus fade. The aftertaste remains clean and slightly dry, without astringency.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
