◌ Aroma

Aromatic hop profile leads with bright citrus notes—grapefruit zest and sweet orange from the Citra and Amarillo—layered with tropical stone fruit and passionfruit from the Galaxy hop. Gentle supporting malt base offers subtle sweetness without dominance. Clean fermentation character allows the hop aromatics to shine without yeasty or solvent notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable, with a light, pillowy mouthfeel from the yeast suspension and modest body. Mid-palate develops layered citrus and tropical character—orange, grapefruit, mango, and subtle passionfruit notes build naturally. Bitterness is moderate and integrated rather than aggressive, providing structure without harsh edges, while the palate remains refreshing and balanced throughout.

◑ Finish

Clean and medium-length finish with lingering citrus and subtle hop resin. Aftertaste remains dry and refreshing without bitter harshness, leaving the palate ready for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
