Pale golden with a pronounced haze throughout, characteristic of the style and the oat and wheat adjuncts in the mash. A thick, creamy head forms and clings to the glass with good retention. Fine carbonation supports the soft, inviting appearance.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus and white grape notes lead the nose, with Citra and Citra Cryo providing clean, intense aromatics while Nelson Sauvin adds the characteristic stone-fruit and white-wine character. Mosaic rounds out the blend with subtle floral undertones. The cryo hop powder delivers concentrated hop aroma without the grassy edges that traditional leaf would introduce.

The palate opens with juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes that blend seamlessly with a subtle white-grape mineralité from the Nelson Sauvin. Oats and wheat create a soft, creamy mouthfeel that balances the hop character without adding sweetness. Bitterness remains restrained and clean, allowing the hop complexity to dominate without harshness.

The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering citrus and stone-fruit notes fading gradually. Refreshing and clean, with no astringency or sticky residue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
