◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a distinctive haze that diffuses light throughout the glass, characteristic of the New England IPA style. A thick, creamy white head rises on the pour and persists with fine retention, leaving delicate lacing on the glass as it settles. The cloudiness stems from suspended yeast and protein, lending a soft, pillowy visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit notes—guava, mango, and passionfruit—from the Citra and Mosaic hops, supported by bright citrus undertones of grapefruit and lime. Subtle background notes of soft bread and light grain suggest a clean malt base that stays in the shadows, allowing hop character to dominate. The overall impression is fresh and inviting without sharp resinous edges.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with immediate tropical juiciness—mango and stone fruit flavors coat the mouth smoothly without harsh bitterness. Mid-palate remains creamy and full-bodied for the 7% ABV, with balanced hop bitterness (50 IBU) that arrives gently and fades without overpowering the fruit character. A slight citrus snap emerges on the back palate, maintaining refreshment and drinkability throughout.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively short, allowing the juicy tropical impression to linger without heavy residue. A mild drying sensation from restrained hop bitterness completes the experience, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
