Bright golden-amber color with excellent clarity and a full, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The body shows vibrant visual carbonation, suggesting a well-conditioned West Coast ale that promises both structure and refreshment.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus—predominantly grapefruit and orange zest—layered over a distinct resinous pine character from the Citra and Mosaic blend. Subtle herbal and floral notes emerge beneath, while a clean malt backbone provides gentle grain sweetness without dominating the hop-forward profile.

◐ Taste

The palate enters crisp and dry with immediate hop bitterness that builds steadily across the mid-palate, delivering a firm, lingering resinous finish. Citrus and pine remain the dominant flavor axis, supported by a light fruity undertone and a mineral-like dryness that reinforces the clean, refreshing character throughout.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering bitterness and resinous hop notes fading gracefully into a dry, mineral aftertaste. No sweetness persists; instead, a refined dryness and subtle citrus continue to the very end.
