◎ Appearance

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity and a fluffy white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation appears lively without being aggressive, creating a bright, inviting presentation that signals freshness and careful handling.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—strawberry and tangerine juice dominate, followed by grapefruit zest and passion fruit. A distinct resinous quality emerges, reminiscent of cannabis-like herbal notes, complemented by hints of papaya and underlying stone fruit character from the single Pilsner malt base.

◐ Taste

Entry brings ripe strawberry and peach tea onto a clean, light palate. Mid-palate develops pine and red hard candy notes with restrained bitterness that never overwhelms. The 45 IBU provide structure without harshness, allowing the fruit character to remain centered throughout the development.

◑ Finish

The finish tapers with gentle sweetness and lingering resinous notes, drying progressively as the beer warms. Aftertaste remains fruit-forward with a subtle herbaceous edge that invites another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
