◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms quickly and holds with fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass as you drink. Light catches the body with translucent brilliance.

◌ Aroma

The mangosteen ingredient drives a distinctive fruit-forward nose, leaning toward lychee and stone fruit rather than traditional citrus hops. Soft tropical notes blend with a subtle peachy sweetness, underpinned by a light, grainy malt backdrop. The hoppy character is present but restrained, adding a floral, fruity dimension without aggressive resinousness.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and light-bodied, with the mangosteen's sweet-tart character immediately apparent alongside peach and tropical stone-fruit flavors. Mid-palate reveals a gentle bready malt base that supports rather than dominates, while the 34 IBU bitterness arrives as a crisp, short bite that refreshes without lingering harshly. The combination keeps the beer balanced and approachable despite its hoppy framework.

◑ Finish

The finish dries quickly and cleanly, with the tart fruitiness fading to a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste. The low alcohol and restrained bitterness allow the beer to feel refreshing rather than warming or heavy.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
