Beers similar to Summer Weizen
hopIQ found 10 beers that share Summer Weizen's wheaty and banana-y character. A wheat beer made for the Okanagan summer, pale gold and lightly hazy. Apricot leads the flavour, backed by the soft banana and clove note that wheat yeast brings, over a bready wheat malt base with a faint tartness. Bitterness sits at 14 IBU, the lowest of the range, so the finish stays soft rather than dry. Light body, brisk carbonation, crisp from the first sip to the last.
