Tropical Pale

◎ Appearance

Pale gold with excellent clarity and bright translucence. The head forms cleanly and settles to a fine ring of lacing that clings persistently to the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a gentle stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive tropical and stone fruit notes—pineapple, peach, and apricot—layered over a restrained but present biscuity malt backdrop. The hop character is clean and varietal, with no herbaceous or earthy overtones. A subtle grain sweetness grounds the composition without softening the fruit-forward impression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with fruit-driven hop flavour that echoes the aroma's pineapple and overripe stone fruit character. A light, soft malt body provides just enough breadth to balance the aromatics without adding weight or cloying sweetness. Bitterness arrives mid-palate firmer than the aroma telegraphs, lending structure and ensuring a decidedly dry conclusion.

Clean, dry, and quenching. The lingering aftertaste carries modest fruit notes and a refined bitterness that fades steadily, leaving no residual sweetness or harshness behind.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
