The nose opens with delicate Czech Saaz character—grassy, floral, and herbal notes dominate without aggression. As the beer warms, a subtle honey sweetness emerges alongside faintly biscuity undertones from the Pilsner malt base. Entry presents a lean, clean palate with a bready malt foundation that shifts toward honey as the glass warms.
