◎ Appearance

Lumen presents a hazy, pale golden color with soft turbidity from suspended yeast and proteins. The head is modest but persistent, laying down fine Schaumkleiden along the glass walls. Carbonation appears gentle, supporting a soft and approachable visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruit—overripe mango and guava dominate, with secondary notes of tangerine zest and lime. Noble hops contribute a subtle green citrus undertone without aggressive herbal or floral qualities. Malt remains in the background, offering a soft, neutral foundation that allows the hop-driven aromatics to shine.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and juicy, with mango and guava flavors unfolding across the mid-palate before tangerine and lime arrive. The body is soft and velvety, avoiding heaviness while maintaining a full, rounded mouthfeel. Bitterness is restrained at 45 IBU, staying gentle enough to let the fruit aromatics dominate without sharp edges or spice.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively dry, with citrus notes lingering briefly before fading. The fruit carries through to the end without harshness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that invites another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
