◎ Appearance

Flash Frame presents a pale golden hue with exceptional clarity and brilliance, more reminiscent of a pilsner than contemporary hazy IPA conventions. The beer maintains a fine, persistent head with excellent schaumhaftung, and fine carbonation evident throughout the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright passion fruit and lemon citrus notes, underscored by subtle blueberry undertones characteristic of the Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. A resinous, piney backbone emerges beneath the fruit-forward character, with clean, neutral malt support that does not interfere with the hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and dry, with the hop-derived fruit character immediately apparent. A measured bitterness of 60 IBU sits comfortably in the mid-palate, balanced by light, clean malt that provides structure without sweetness. The finish is dry and hop-forward, with lingering citrus and resin maintaining presence through the swallow.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and sustained, with the fruit-driven hop character persisting into a dry, slightly resinous aftertaste. At 7% ABV, the alcohol remains well-integrated and unobtrusive.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
