Alice NEIPA

Tap to rate

Super fruity, with the juice-like fullness of a New England-style IPA at 5.6 % ABV. Citra, Amarillo and Centennial hops meet Pilsner malt, wheat malt and oats, brewed from a 13.8° Plato wort. It began as a one-off collaboration brew with Braukollektiv Freiburg in summer 2018 and has been brewed permanently since; the name nods to Alice in Wonderland.
