American Pale Ale
The spicy, full-bodied pale Kitchen Brew in the North American style: a malty body with light residual sweetness, light caramel notes, a pleasantly present bitterness and spicy hops. Dark golden and unfiltered, 5.5 % ABV from a 13.8° Plato wort, made from Vienna, Munich and caramel malt with Cascade and Mosaic hops. North America has reinterpreted the traditional English Pale Ale in a playful way, and this is Kitchen Brew's take, poured since April 2015.
