Cascade Amber Ale

Tap to rate

Kitchen Brew's very first creation, devised by founder Fabian in winter 2012/13: dark amber with a red tinge, a present, pleasant bitterness, light malty sweetness and clear caramel notes, yet rather dry. Light roasted notes meet a fruity-spicy hop aroma. Unfiltered, 5.8 % ABV from a 13.8° Plato wort, with Pilsner, Munich and caramel malt and Cascade and Mosaic hops. Poured since May 2013.
