◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and refreshing with soft wheat malt sweetness balanced by the wine-like acidity imparted from the oak aging. Mid-palate delivers pleasant wood tannins, citrus brightness, and a peppery, herbaceous spice from the saison yeast. The finish turns increasingly dry and clean, with lingering oak and a subtle mineral edge that prevents heaviness.
