Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic contribute layered tropical notes—white grape and ripe mango—while Riwaka adds a subtle herbal spine. The overall impression is fruit-forward and vibrant, with minimal malt expression.

The texture is smooth and velvety on the tongue, with balanced bitterness that never dominates.
