◎ Appearance

Mind Ya Head presents a pale straw colour with a slight haze that speaks to the dry-hop regime. A steady white head forms on the pour and holds with moderate persistence, laying down a clean collar of lacing as the beer is drunk. The carbonation is brisk and visible, supporting the lean, refreshing character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and tropical fruit esters lifted by the trio of Australian hops. Passionfruit and pineapple dominate the mid-range, with a faint pine resin note adding structure underneath. The Malz foundation is light and clean, allowing the hop character to breathe without sweetness or adjunct interference.

◐ Taste

Entry is dry and snappy, the Simcoe, Vic Secret and Galaxy hops landing with a rounded bitterness that avoids harshness. The palate stays lean and fruity—pineapple and citrus zest persist through the mid-palate without weight. Bitterness sits moderate and balanced, never dominating but always present, ensuring a clean break from any residual sweetness.

The finish is dry and crisp, with the bitterness ebbing into a lingering citrus and pine aftertaste. Refreshment is immediate, leaving no cloying sensation despite the alcohol-free format.
