Cumulus Lupulus
Cumulus Lupulus is a cloudy IPA brewed with Irish pale ale malt, wheat and oats and hopped with Loral, Citra and Amarillo, then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin for a gooseberry note. Straw-coloured with a gentle haze and a persistent white head, it leads with strong lime citrus on the nose, followed by stone fruit. The palate starts on lime pith, turns to bittersweet apricot and ends on black pepper and herbal tarragon. The body is soft, the bitterness lean and the finish clean and dry.
