Déjà Vu

Tap to rate

Déjà Vu was brewed in 2024 to mark the founders' return to the brewery. It is a Hopfenweisse: a strong German-style wheat beer, hopped with Amarillo and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. Golden with a very firm head, it smells of clove and black pepper, then banana, citrus, pineapple and a hint of bitter orange. The palate starts sweet and turns quickly bitter, with Seville orange peel and a substantial, mouth-filling body. Marmalade and sweet spice linger.
