Sunsip presents a bright straw yellow color with excellent clarity and a white, stable head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The carbonation is crisp and visible, lending the beer a lively, inviting appearance that belies its alcohol-free nature.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with delicate jasmine and black tea notes, complemented by herbal and floral accents that speak to the Hallertau hop character. Beneath these sits a welcoming grain-forward base of freshly baked bread and subtle lemon peel, creating a balanced and composed aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

On the palate, freshly baked bread and whole wheat grain lead the charge, with light jasmine and lemon peel threading through the mid-palate. The body is crisp and dry-leaning, supported by a moderate 40 IBU bitterness that settles into a subtle sweetness without cloying, maintaining refreshment throughout.
