Stingray presents a hazy golden hue with a soft, diffuse quality from suspended yeast and proteins. The head forms with modest retention, settling into a light foam that clings to the glass in delicate patches. Bright carbonation animates the pour, creating a full and slightly turbid body that masks the beer's true strength.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit — stone fruits of nectarine and peach emerge alongside bright, zesty citrus notes. A subtle pine resin character develops in the background, grounded by the leafy, herbal undertones typical of Simcoe and Mosaic. The blend of four noble hops creates a complex, layered bouquet that remains fresh and inviting.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with tropical and citrus character that flows seamlessly into softer stone-fruit sweetness mid-sip. The full body carries the hop-forward profile with a rounded mouthfeel that downplays the 7.9% alcohol content. Toward the finish, a sticky, pithy bitterness emerges and builds, anchoring the sweetness with a drying, resinous edge.

The finish extends with lingering pithy bitterness that clings to the palate well after the swallow. A dry, resinous character persists, leaving an herbal and slightly astringent aftertaste.
