Big Weekend presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, sunlit appearance. The head forms with good density and clings to the glass with fine lacing, while the carbonation pattern is active and well-defined throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced juicy tropical fruit—papaya, mango, and stone fruit—layered with delicate floral and herbal notes from a thoughtful blend of hop varieties. Below the fruit sits a subtle, clean malt base that frames without overwhelming the aromatic character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a fuller body than its single IPA sibling, supported by a rounded malt backbone that carries the 8.8% ABV with grace and introduces a gentle hint of sweetness. The bitterness is measured and integrated rather than sharp, allowing the fruitiness to persist through the mid-palate before a lingering dry finish emerges.

The finish is long and composed, combining echoing tropical fruit notes with a gentle warming sensation from the alcohol. The aftertaste remains clean and fruity without harsh astringency.
