Pours a hazy golden orange, unfiltered and visibly opaque. The head is generous and persistent, with strong lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is evident throughout, lending a lively effervescence to the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical fruit and grapefruit notes from the generous hop charge, supported by Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook character. A lightly toasted malt backbone provides balance without dominating, while pine and herbal undertones emerge as the beer warms and opens.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and bright, with tropical and citrus flavors taking the lead. The mid-palate shows good hop definition alongside a restrained malt sweetness from the clean base. A firm, persistent bitterness builds through the middle and carries steadily toward the finish, with herbal and resinous notes layering underneath.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and extended, with the bitterness persisting without harshness. Alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated, adding to the overall grip rather than becoming hot or sharp.
