Hazy Weekend presents a pale golden hue with pronounced haziness from suspension of yeast and grain particles. The beer holds a modest white head with fine retention and even lacing around the glass. Carbonation appears moderate and even throughout, reinforcing the soft, approachable character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent citrus and pineapple notes, layered over a subtle dank, piney character from the Simcoe, Centennial and Citra hop blend. Beneath the fruit sits a clean, unobtrusive malt base with gentle grain sweetness. The overall impression is bright and inviting, without aggressive herbal or resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

On the palate, the beer is juicy and smooth, with orange and tropical fruit flavors unfolding over a gently grainy foundation from pale malt, rolled oats and unmalted white wheat. The bitterness integrates softly and does not dominate; at 55 IBU, it provides structural support rather than sharp bite. The mouthfeel is light yet full enough to carry the fruit expression without feeling thin.

The finish is restrained and clean, with fruit and grain notes fading gradually into a dry, pleasant aftertaste. No harsh astringency or lingering hop burn interrupts the departure.
