The nose leads with classic Saaz character—herbal, slightly spicy—enriched by the heritage hop varieties Siřen, Lučan, and Blato, which add layers of floral and mineral complexity less refined but more assertive than their modern counterparts. A soft, clean malt foundation emerges beneath, suggesting bread crust and a touch of honey. There is no yeast-derived cloudiness; the aromatics remain crisp and composed.

The palate enters dry and moderately bitter, with the heritage hops delivering both herbal bite and subtle floral character that sets this beer apart from standard Saaz lagers.
