Pale golden colour with excellent clarity and bright, luminous transparency. A dense white head forms on the pour with strong retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass walls. The carbonation is lively and persistent, creating a fine stream of bubbles throughout.

◌ Aroma

Noble hop character dominates the nose, presenting herbal and slightly spicy notes with restrained floral undertones. Clean malt backbone emerges beneath, offering light grain sweetness without any cloying or solvent-like alcohol notes. The aromatic profile remains crisp and fresh, with no signs of oxidation or yeast-derived esters.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with balanced bitterness that carries through the mid-palate with notable hop definition and dry, resinous character. Malt provides a subtle foundation of grain sweetness, but never masks the prominent 46 IBU bite. Full-bodied mouthfeel supports the assertive bitterness without heaviness, finishing notably dry and clean on the tongue.

The finish is long and dry, with lingering hop bitterness and a crisp, astringent quality that invites another sip. No sweetness persists; the aftertaste remains clean and refreshing throughout.
