◎ Aussehen

Pale yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate rings. The carbonation is brisk and lively, evident in steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the body. This is the archetypal visual presentation of a German Pilsner—bright, clean, and inviting.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct floral and herbal notes from the four noble hop varieties, supported by bright lemon zest and a subtle peppery spice. Beneath lies a soft, understated malt foundation of light cracker and grain that never intrudes. The aromatic profile is lifted and refined—the hallmark of skilled hop selection and restrained brewing.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters clean and dry, with the floral-herbal hop character asserting itself immediately. A firm bitterness of 28 IBU carries through the mid-palate without harshness, supported by crisp carbonation that accentuates the drying sensation. The malt remains in the background as promised, offering only a whisper of cracker sweetness before stepping aside for the finish.

Short and clean, with the bitterness lingering briefly before fading. The drying effect persists through the aftertaste, leaving the palate fresh and ready for the next sip.
