◎ Aussehen

Straw yellow with brilliant clarity and luminous transparency. The snow-white head sits dense and stable, with fine lacing that clings to the glass walls as the beer is consumed. Gentle carbonation rises through the body in a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by a pronounced hop character derived entirely from whole organic Franconian hop cones. Grassy, herbal, and lemony notes meld into the bouquet, framed by a restrained, lightly grainy malt foundation that adds subtle depth without obscuring the hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters crisp and hop-forward, with a clean bitterness that remains elegant and restrained. Mid-palate shows a light, grainy malt sweetness that balances the noble-hop character without becoming cloying. The bitterness persists but never turns harsh, instead fading into a mineral dryness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and dry, with a fine bitterness that lingers pleasantly on the palate. A mineral quality and subtle herbal note persist, leaving the mouth refreshed and ready for the next sip.
