Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation that supports a dense, persistent white head. The lacing clings cleanly to the glass as the beer is consumed, indicating proper foam stability and conditioning.

The nose opens with classic German noble hop character—herbal and gently peppery—before New Zealand varieties emerge with bright lime zest and gooseberry notes. Beneath lies a soft, biscuity malt foundation with a delicate floral lift that refuses to become heavy or perfumed.

Entry is crisp and lean, with the dual-hop profile developing seamlessly across the palate: German varieties provide an herbaceous base while the New Zealand additions deliver citrus brightness and subtle berry complexity. Bitterness arrives as a clean, well-integrated finish rather than an aggressive bite, allowing the malt's pale, slightly toasted character to remain prominent.
