A clear ruby-red body catches the light with warmth and translucency. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine retention, leaving delicate lacing as the beer descends. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright grapefruit zest and citrus oil, layered over a floral edge that suggests noble hop character. Beneath the American hop aromatics sits a subtle toffee sweetness from the malt base, adding depth without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a malty sweetness before pivoting toward citrus and pine, revealing the two American hop varieties in measured balance. Caramel and orange notes build through the mid-palate, held upright by firm but restrained bitterness that never tips into harshness. The full body carries these flavors cleanly without becoming cloying.

◑ Abgang

The finish is neither bone-dry nor lingering, finding equilibrium between the malt's sweetness and the hops' grip. A dry, slightly bitter note persists into the aftertaste with residual orange peel and a whisper of toffee.
