Pale golden in color with a hazy, turbid character that catches light pleasantly. The head forms with decent density and holds a delicate lacing against the glass as you drink. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, suggesting a controlled pour and controlled fermentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent tropical fruit—mango and passion fruit—layered against fresh grapefruit zest and a distinct pine resin character. A herbaceous undertone weaves through, grounding the more exuberant hop aromatics. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the three hop varieties to command the olfactory stage without competing aromas.

◐ Geschmack

Palate entry is bright and assertive, with tropical and citrus notes arriving immediately alongside waves of pine and resiny bitterness. The lean malt structure provides minimal sweetness to cushion the hop intensity, allowing bitterness to build steadily through the mid-palate without softening. The 10% ABV sits warmly but not obtrusively beneath the surface.

The finish is markedly dry, with lingering pine resin and herbal notes persisting cleanly on the palate. Bitterness tapers gradually rather than sharply, leaving a resinous, grapefruit-tinged aftertaste.
