A Deeper Dish presents as a hazy golden-amber, with fine suspended particles lending a soft, inviting glow to the glass. The frothy white head builds generously and clings to the glass with persistent lacing, creating visual evidence of the beer's full body and carbonation structure.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and candied citrus rind, followed by a pronounced resinous pine backbone that immediately signals serious hop character. Beneath these bright top notes, a subtle herbal dankness and malt sweetness provide depth and counterbalance, inviting repeated sniffs.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a lush, malty foundation that supports waves of tropical mango and blood orange, balanced by a bracing herbal and resinous bitterness. The full body carries the hop intensity throughout the mid-palate without becoming harsh, maintaining complexity through to the swallow.

The finish is long and warming, with a lingering resinous character that gradually fades into a dry, piney aftertaste. This sustained dankness and gentle warmth from the alcohol create a satisfying, contemplative close.
