◎ Aussehen

Deep amber to copper in the glass, with a hazy, opaque body that speaks to the beer's unfiltered character. The off-white head builds generously and clings to the glass in fine lacing as you drink. Carbonation appears restrained, appropriate to the full body and strength.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with candied citrus and stone fruit—apricot and peach—layered over a warm toffee sweetness from the caramel malts. A secondary wave brings tropical notes, with a subtle herbal and floral whisper from the Edelhopfen bill. The malt base sits comfortably beneath, contributing a light toast and subtle oak-like depth without astringency.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full and soft, delivering ripe citrus and stone fruit upfront with a gentle warming from 9% ABV. The mid-palate expands with tropical character and caramel sweetness, creating a round, almost velvety mouthfeel. Bitterness remains restrained—a supportive thread rather than a sharp line—allowing the fruit and malt complexity to dominate throughout.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste lingers with residual stone fruit and a soft, toasty malt note, fading gradually without harsh edges. Drying is moderate, leaving the palate warm and satisfied rather than stripped.
