Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, sustained white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass as it recedes. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a persistent foam collar that frames the liquid throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent floral and herbal notes from the Alsace hops, layered with ripe tropical fruit character—pineapple and stone fruit—that speaks to modern American IPA technique. A subtle malty backbone provides gentle grain sweetness without dominating the assertive hop aromatics.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors that develop across the mid-palate. The bitterness is assertive and well-defined at 60 IBU, but remains balanced and refined rather than harsh—the Corsican barley contributes a light bready note that prevents the beer from becoming one-dimensional. The finish dries progressively without astringency.

Medium-length finish with a dry, hoppy fade that lingers pleasantly on the palate. The aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, allowing the floral and fruit notes to echo without any residual sweetness.
