Bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves clean lacing down the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating steady streams of small bubbles that sustain the foam collar throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus and tropical fruit notes—bright grapefruit zest and mango—layered over a solid resinous pine backbone. A subtle bready, grain-forward character provides foundation without overwhelming the hop-forward character; the aroma is clean and inviting rather than harsh.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, leading into a balanced mid-palate where bright citrus and tropical fruit play against assertive resin and pine. The bready malt base sits cleanly underneath; bitterness is present but restrained at 60 IBUs, finishing dry without any harsh or lingering bite.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry with moderate length, fading to a subtle piney-resinous aftertaste without astringency. Refreshing quality invites another sip rather than coating the palate.
