Pours a brilliant gold with excellent clarity and a fluffy white head that settles to a persistent collar. The carbonation is lively, evidenced by a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the clear body. Schaumkleiden cling to the glass walls with good definition.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh-cut grass and herbaceous notes from the Perle and Saphir hops, underscored by delicate spring floral character. A subtle lemon zest brightness adds liveliness, while the German pilsner malt provides a clean, grainy backbone without heaviness. Noble hop complexity dominates without aggressive resin or bite.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and zesty, with a spicy hop bite that builds mid-palate into a subtle honey sweetness balancing the Edelhopfen character. The malt foundation is clean and slightly biscuity, allowing the Tettnang and Spalt Select hops to assert herbal and mineral dimensions. Bitterness is firmly present but integrated, not sharp or astringent.

The finish is snappy and dry, with lingering noble hop bitterness that persists cleanly without metallic notes. The aftertaste remains refreshing and inviting, drawing the palate back for another sip.
