◎ Aussehen

Deep gold in the glass with excellent clarity and a bright, fine head. Carbonation is crisp and persistent, with good Schaumhaftung that clings to the glass walls as you drink. The color reflects both the Pale and Munich Malz foundation and signals the assertive character within.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with floral and herbal notes from Czech Saaz and Dr Rudi, layered with a pronounced lime-like citrus lift from the Motueka hops. Beneath the hop-forward presentation sits a faintly honeyed maltiness from the grain bill, grounding the composition without overwhelming it. The overall impression is fresh, aromatic, and distinctly hop-driven for a lager.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full-bodied and crisp, with the Pale and Munich Malz providing a solid, slightly sweet foundation. The mid-palate develops into a building bitterness—layered herbal and citrus character from the three-hop blend—that intensifies rather than fades, creating a firm, assertive presence on the tongue. Bitterness dominates the finish, holding long and clean without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The bitterness extends well past the swallow, lingering with dry, herbal notes and a lime-tinged citrus aftertaste. Refreshing and firm rather than soft, leaving the palate clean and ready for the next sip.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
