The nose leads with fresh cereal and light bread-dough character, offering a clean, inviting entry. Subtle maize sweetness emerges beneath, while delicate herbal hop notes add complexity without overwhelming the subtle malt foundation typical of quality pale lagers.

The palate opens with a noticeably soft and creamy texture that distinguishes this from standard Peroni, followed by gentle cereal sweetness in the mid-palate. A firm but pleasant bitterness builds gracefully, with herbal hop character and subtle malt backbone providing structure and balance throughout.
