Pale gold with a soft haze characteristic of the style, inviting a sense of lightness and summer ease. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Brisk carbonation animates the body throughout, creating a lively visual presence from pour to finish.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit — apricot and peach — layered over the signature wheat yeast aromatics of banana and clove. Beneath these fruity and spicy notes sits a soft, bready Malz character that grounds the profile without asserting itself heavily. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no harsh or oxidized edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, the wheat Malz providing a soft, biscuity foundation. Mid-palate develops the characteristic yeast-driven flavors — banana and clove weave through, complemented by subtle stone fruit notes. At 14 IBU, bitterness remains restrained and refined, allowing the malt sweetness and fruity esters to remain the focal point; a faint tartness adds complexity without drying the finish.

The finish remains soft and smooth, with no harsh drying sensation. The crisp carbonation carries the gentle fruit and spice notes cleanly into the aftertaste, leaving a refreshing, slightly tart impression that invites another sip.
