◎ Aussehen

Golden-yellow with a soft haze throughout, characteristic of the style and yeast strain used. A dense white head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing as you drink. Moderate carbonation gives gentle, persistent bubbles that sustain the foam collar.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with distinct soft banana—a hallmark of the hefe yeast—alongside subtle clove spice that sits comfortably in the background. Underlying wheat malt provides a clean, slightly grainy foundation without harsh phenolics. A delicate floral note from the noble hops rounds out the profile without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

Silky texture coats the palate, driven by the high wheat content and fine suspension of yeast. Banana and clove emerge on the mid-palate with balanced sweetness and a light, refreshing crispness. Bitterness is restrained at 14 IBU, allowing the malt's subtle bread-like character to remain visible without astringency.

Clean and moderately dry, with the yeast-driven banana and clove notes lingering gently on the back of the palate. The finish is crisp and inviting, encouraging another sip rather than lingering heavily.
