Pale golden hue with excellent transparency and bright clarity. Fine, persistent white head with delicate lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a gentle effervescence.

◌ Aroma

Opens with prominent fresh hay and wildflower character, evoking a farmhouse provenance. Bright lemon zest cuts through the floral notes, while a subtle leathery and earthy undertone emerges—the signature of brettanomyces work. The nose remains dry and refined, with no vinous or oxidative edge.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, with a saline mineral quality that accentuates the citrus character. The palate shows layered complexity: grassy hop bitterness (35 IBU) integrates seamlessly with a light, pleasant tartness from the brett fermentation. The beer attenuates nearly to dryness, leaving behind spicy, herbal notes and a fine earthy complexity without astringency.

Clean, lingering finish with crisp acidity and a faint spicy-herbal whisper. The dryness persists throughout, with no residual sweetness or cloying aftertaste.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
