The nose opens with herbaceous Hallertau character — grassy and delicately floral — layered beneath a warm malty foundation. Gentle caramel and honey sweetness emerge from the grain bill, rounded out by bread crust notes that speak to the beer's modest original gravity and traditional lagering. The overall impression is restrained and composed, without sharp hop oils or yeast-driven esters.

Entry is soft and malty, with a subtle sweetness of honey and caramel developing across the mid-palate.
