Deep brown and cloudy in the glass, with a naturally hazy appearance from yeast suspension. A thick, pillowy head forms with excellent retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass. Lively carbonation produces fine, persistent bubbles throughout.

The nose is dominated by classic Weissbier yeast character—prominent ripe banana and clove notes meld with warming spice. Beneath lies a solid foundation of bread crust and light caramel malt sweetness, with subtle hints of hazelnut and cocoa that add depth without overpowering.

◐ Geschmack

Full-bodied and wheat-forward on the palate, with the yeast-derived banana and clove notes continuing through the mid-palate. A soft, rounded maltiness develops with bready and gently nutty character, finishing with subtle cocoa notes. Bitterness remains low and restrained, allowing sweetness and spice to take the lead.

The finish is rounded and gently spicy, with a lingering warmth from the clove and banana notes. A subtle cocoa dryness emerges in the aftertaste, balanced by residual bread and caramel notes.
