Pours a murky, glowing orange-yellow beneath a thick, persistent head. The haze is substantial and uniform, characteristic of the New England style, with excellent Schaumhaftung clinging to the glass. Carbonation is visible and lively, supporting the full visual presence.

◌ Aroma

Mosaic hops lead with bright citrus—pineapple, tangerine, and navel orange—while Simcoe contributes a distinct grapefruit note. Secondary stone fruit and candy-like mango emerge beneath, with a subtle thread of pine cutting through the fruit-forward profile. Minimal malt character allows the hop expression to remain centered.

Entry is clean and fruit-centric, with pineapple and citrus establishing early presence. The mid-palate develops fuller body than typical West Coast beers, supported by blueberry and peach candy notes that add sweetness without cloying. A light herbal bitterness emerges in the mid-palate, providing necessary balance and preventing the finish from turning saccharine.

The finish is dry and moderately short, with the herbal bitterness lingering pleasantly without astringency. The fruity sweetness fades cleanly, leaving a refreshing, slightly grassy aftertaste.
